Don’s primary practice areas are business organization, corporate law, estate planning, probate, civil litigation, and bankruptcy.
Don joined the firm in August 2023. Originally from Miles City, Montana, Don received his Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana. He then earned his Juris Doctor with Honors, from Creighton University School of Law. While in law school Don, served as an Executive Member on the Moot Court Board and Law Ambassador Mentor. Don also participated in Creighton’s Bankruptcy Clinic, where he provided guidance and support to clients seeking debt relief through Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.
When not practicing law, Don enjoys music production, winemaking, distance running, and international travel.
