Liz is a knowledgeable litigator with a passion for explaining complex issues in a way that her clients
understand. She leads with confidence and purpose, and she advocates at all levels, from general counsel, at mediations, in bench or jury trials, and on appeal.
Liz practices in a variety of areas, but she primarily focuses on personal injury defense, premises liability, wrongful death, products liability, insurance coverage review and disputes, and estate and trust litigation. In addition to those practice areas, Liz enjoys appellate practice and has initiated or defended over 20 cases to the Supreme Court of Nebraska and the Nebraska Court of Appeals, many of which involved issues of first impression.
Liz was a Sterling Honors (top 10%) graduate from the University of South Dakota School of Law (USD). She was a Graduate Assistant for legal writing professors and the Dean’s Academic Assistant, which involved teaching and tutoring first-year law students. Liz earned 12 Dean’s List awards (also known as CALI awards) and multiple writing awards and
