Nicole Mailahn will be presenting at the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys (“NATA”) Seminar on Friday, December 1, 2017 in Lincoln, Nebraska.  NATA is dedicated to the improvement of trial practice and preservation of the jury system and hosts continuing legal education for trial attorneys.  Mailahn will be speaking about the process of settling a personal injury claim for a minor and persons with diminished capacity.  Mailahn practices in several different areas of law, including guardianships and conservatorships, which may be necessary to obtain a settlement in a personal injury case.
