Lucas Elsbernd is originally from Grand Island and graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law, with High Honors, in 2019.  While at USD, he was selected to advocate at multiple Moot Court and Trial Team competitions across the nation.  After law school, Elsbernd served as a Law Clerk for the South Dakota Unified Judicial System for the First Circuit in Mitchell, where he worked with multiple judges involving several aspects of the law.  Elsbernd is licensed to practice in Nebraska and South Dakota.  His practice areas include general criminal and civil litigation.  He is also a certified Guardian ad Litem.

Coy Clark grew up in Benkelman and is a 2020 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law.  During law school, Clark’s high achievement in courtroom advocacy earned him membership into the Order of the Barristers.  Before joining Jacobsen Orr, Clark served as an intern for Judge O’Gorman in Nebraska’s Twelfth Judicial District and Judge Rossiter in the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.  He also clerked for the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office and the Custer County Attorney’s Office.  Clark’s practice focuses on business law, estate planning, landlord/tenant, as well as general civil and criminal litigation.
